Cashew phenol

Cardanol is extracted from natural cashew nut shell oil by advanced technology. It can replace or partly replace phenol in the production of high performance phenolic resin, epoxy resin curing agent, surfactant, adhesives, coatings, friction materials and other products for the production of epoxy curing agent, liquid phenolic resin.

Cashew nut phenol (Cardanol) is a new organic chemical raw material, which is widely used and has outstanding environmental protection performance.
Chemical technology characteristics:

The structure of benzene ring has high temperature resistance.

The polar hydroxyl groups can provide the wettability and activity of the system to the contact surface.

Carbon 15 chain with unsaturated double bonds in the mesostructure can provide the system with good toughness, excellent hydrophobicity, low permeability and self-drying.
 
Applications:

1. Preparation of curing agent for epoxy resin

The resin curing agent has good physical and chemical properties and is widely used in machinery, electrical appliances, petrochemical industry, aviation, shipping, construction, national defense industry, automobile industry, post and telecommunications, and other fields.
